Following resolution 78/227 entitled “Equal access to justice for all” that was recommended by CCPCJ and adopted by the General Assembly, UNODC is preparing to hold an expert meeting on the topic. In order to prepare for the meeting and reporting to the 34th CCPCJ, UNODC is inviting NGOs to provide substantiative information on challenges, lessons learned, best practices and enabling factors needed to enhance the functioning of criminal justice systems to ensure equal access to justice for all.
Contributions will be integrated into a background paper to guide the discussions of the expert meeting.

NGOs are requested to provide input to the following questions:
